Nice friendly staff very clean rooms.
Bathroom had an smell that would not come out! Even though it was cleaned with us there watching a very nice lady(she wasn't even the maid) clean it, when the smell of the cleaner was gone the smell returned. I use this hotel each time we go to visit there, but next time we'll go to another hotel.
Not very happy with this hotel. Charged almost 500 dollars for 3 nights in a cheap hotel. They advertised 95 a night and charged me 130. Room service never came any of the days and on top of it all they charged me a pet fee two different times.
Pool closed early and without notice...the indoor pool was the main reason we chose this place...after being assured the pool was open, we checked in, suited up, and then listened to two very upset children cry all the way back to the room when the front desk closed the pool and told us there was nothing they could do....decent place but not very confident in their competence
My room had a handicapped bathroom, which I had asked for. It had sturdy grab bars and an extended shower head. The king size bed was very comfortable, I had a microwave and mini refrigerator, and the room was very clean.
