Had a few bumps in the beginning, but the owner personally contacted me and made things right and that in my opinion goes above and beyond the call of duty. I hope I never have to call anyone to get me out of that jam again, but if I do I will call these guys just because the owner is an upstanding person.
Made an appointment with a nice employee, who was more than able to discuss all the different options regarding changing all the locks in my house. This included different kinds of locks available, as well as multiple key options. For the appointment, they were punctual and well-mannered. Nicholas runs great business! I was referred to his business by a friend and I'm happy I gave them a call. They did a great job changing my locks and helping me adjust to the new locks! Will be doing business with this company again.

This guy drove almost an hour at 2:30 in the morning to let me in my house. He was a nice, uniformed, and professional. That spooked me how quickly he was able to pick my lock with no damage. He even helped me find my keys. Ask for nick! He's the best. Never had a bad experience with this locksmith.
