Gave them 2 stars because the workers were extremely nice and looked in multiple places for the box. Never offered to order the item for me or anything.....

This is the second time I've gone to this store. I will not be back. I was looking for a particular item & the website said they had some in stock. What they had was the floor display....no box, not all the parts, and no paperwork....wound up having to get a gift card.
